The PMO Head is responsible for establishing and governing project management standards, ensuring consistent project execution, performance tracking, and alignment with organizational strategy
Area of responsibilities
- Establish and manage PMO governance frameworks
- Define project management methodologies and standards
- Oversee portfolio, program, and project performance
- Ensure alignment of projects with corporate strategy
- Monitor KPIs, timelines, budgets, and risks
- Lead project audits and performance reviews
- Support resource planning and capacity management
- Coach and develop project managers
- Report portfolio status to executive management
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent)
- Master’s degree (MBA / MSc Project Management) preferred
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification
- Strong knowledge of PMO governance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and reporting dashboards
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
12–15 years in project management- Minimum 3 years as PMO head
Planning & Cost Control Engineer
Responsible for planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and performance analysis to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Area of responsibilities
- Develop detailed project schedules (Primavera / MS Project)
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets
- Track progress and earned value analysis
- Monitor cost variance and schedule variance
- Prepare cash flow forecasts
- Support claims and variation analysis
- Prepare progress reports and dashboards
- Coordinate with project managers and finance teams
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent)
- Primavera P6 certification or proven advanced usage
- Strong knowledge of cost control and earned value management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Experience with claims, variations, and cash flow forecasting
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
5–7 years
Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while meeting scope, time, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
Area of responsibilities
- Develop project plans and execution strategies
- Manage project teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Control scope, schedule, cost, and quality
- Identify and manage project risks
- Ensure compliance with HSE and contractual requirements
- Monitor project performance and KPIs
- Manage change orders and claims
- Report project status to senior management
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent)
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred)
- Strong contractual and commercial knowledge
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
5-7 years in project execution
Senior Project Manager
Leads large, complex, or multiple projects and provides strategic oversight, mentoring, and governance to project teams.
Area of responsibilities
- Lead high-value or strategic projects
- Oversee multiple project managers
Ensure governance and compliance with PMO standards - Manage key stakeholders and executive reporting
- Resolve escalated risks and issues
- Support commercial negotiations and claims
- Contribute to project strategy and business growth
- Mentor and develop project leadership teams
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent)
- PMP / PgMP certification strongly preferred
- Advanced experience in multi-project management
- Strong negotiation and executive communication skills
- Proven ability to mentor project teams
- Strong financial and risk management expertise
8-10 years
HSE & Compliance Officer
Responsible for ensuring health, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance across all projects and operations.
Area of responsibilities
- Implement HSE policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local laws, standards, and regulations
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Deliver HSE training and awareness programs
- Monitor environmental impact and sustainability practices
- Prepare compliance and safety reports
- Coordinate with authorities and certification bodies
- Ensure project documentation complies with HSE standards
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- OSHA/NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory)
- ISO 45001, ISO 14001 knowledge
- Strong understanding of local and international HSE regulations
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and incident investigations
- Strong reporting and communication skills
